2.What You Need 

You are going to need a handful of things if you are going to detox yourself from home. If you do not have these things you are not going to be very comfortable. You want to make sure that you are very comfortable during this entire process. You need lots of water, juice, tea, food,and most of all a tv. Without a television I guarantee you will go insane. Detoxing is a horrible process and you may be vomiting constantly. You are going to need a bucket near you. Make sure that you are laying in bed and that you are comfortable. 

3.Sleep 

Make sure that you are getting as much sleep as you possibly can. Your body needs all the rest that it can get, without sleep and rest your body will shut down and the detox process will be a nightmare. I would suggest some melatonin or some sort of sleeping aide. It might be a little bit difficult to sleep so you may need this to help you through the night.

It only takes about three days of this to until you start to feel much better. After this process is over, you will be dealing with a little bit of depression for the next few weeks but that is normal. All that matters is that you do not pick up the bottle and that you do not drink.
